Trade Exhibition

The trade exhibition will be staged as an integral part of the Hydrospatial 2026 Conference. The trade exhibition will officially open at the Welcome Reception on Monday 23 March. Following this, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas will take place within the trade exhibition area adjacent to the conference rooms at Shed 6. 

Additional booths may be provided dependent upon number of expressions of interest.



Booth Size and Fees

All booths are 3m x 2m and the following fees apply:

Please note: Exhibition fees are being charged in AUD as the Conference is being hosted by the Australasian Hydrographic Society, which is an Australian registered company. GST does not apply, and will not be charged.

Multiple stands may be booked. Additional furniture and equipment may be hired from the contractor. The contractor will contact each exhibitor directly to provide a furniture catalogue and request power loading and correct name to be displayed on fascia.

Exhibitor Package (per booth)

1.    Shell scheme display stand (3m x 2m) with dividing panels finished in grey velcro-compatible fabric.

2.    Quality fascia sign with company name on all open sides.

3.    Carpet-tiled floor area.

4.    Two x 60-watt directional spotlights per booth.

5.    One x 4amp general-purpose outlet (additional requirements may be ordered).

6.    Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for two representatives on each day.

7.    Attendance by two representatives at the Welcome Reception.

8.    Attendance by two representatives at the Conference Dinner.

9.  Listing on exhibitors’ page in conference handbook and/or the conference app. 

10.  Additional full registrations from your company at conference early bird rates, and additional trade stand representatives at trade rates.
