Registration
The Hydrospatial 2026 Conference is being held at Shed 6, Wellington from 23 - 26 March.
Conference Registration includes entry to all sessions and trade exhibition, name badge, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea each day and both a ticket to the Welcome Function and Conference Dinner. Additional Tickets available for purchase.
Please note: Registration fees are being charged in AUD as the Conference is being hosted by the Australasian Hydrographic Society, which is an Australian registered company. GST does not apply, and will not be charged.

Member Registration is available to AHS/GCA/S+SNZ/IFHS Members.
Retired or Student Registration is available to students enrolled in a recognised tertiary institution, not in fulltime employment OR retired members.
The Government Rate is available to Federal, State and Government Agencies. In the New Zealand context this includes employees of all central government agencies, local government, crown-owned entities, schools and tertiary institutions.
Registration cancellation policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, by Email HYDRO@con-sol.com
- Cancellation made between Monday 16 June 2025 & Monday 16 February 2026, will be refunded less 25% for administration fees.
- No registration refunds will be made after Monday 16 February 2026. Full cancellation fees will also apply to non-paid accounts after this date.
As an alternative to cancellation, you are welcome to nominate via email someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.
