Gladys joined Haslin in 2000 after a successful stint in academia, developing company strategy, implementing corporate governance, overseeing technological changes, managing personnel and spearheading ESG innovation and gender diversity. She has been a champion of the NW CCF Women in Civil mentoring program since its inception in 2017 and is passionate about increasing the participation of women in the civil industry.
