The Australian National Cherry Industry Conference (Cherry 2026) is the heart of our industry calendar, a time when growers, exporters, researchers, and supply chain partners come together to connect, learn, and celebrate all things cherries.

In 2026, Cherry Growers Australia (CGA) will host the national conference in Adelaide, South Australia, bringing the industry together once again for 3 days of insight, collaboration, and community. The program will feature plenary sessions, grower panels, field visits, and a trade exhibition, along with our much-loved Gala Dinner and the National Cherry Industry Awards.

Industry Tour - Monday June 1st

A guided field day through the Adelaide Hills, showcasing cherry production, innovation and best practice management.
The tour includes visits to selected orchards and industry sites, with short, practical sessions hosted by growers and industry contributors. Designed to be hands-on and informative, with time for discussion and networking.

Biosecurity Workshop

Tackling threats together

This session will focus on priority biosecurity risks facing the cherry industry, including key temperate pests such as Brown Marmorated Stink Bug and fruit fly. The workshop will examine preparedness, risk management, and the shared role industry plays in protecting orchards, supply chains, and market access. This workshop is designed for growers and stakeholders, in the cherry, summerfruit, Apple and Pear industries.
