Liz is an industrial relations lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience in both the construction industry and local government. She was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2009. Liz provides members with strategic advice on discrimination, unfair dismissal, bullying and harassment, workplace investigations, general protections, enterprise agreement negotiation and approval and contractual issues. Liz has appeared in a range of tribunals and courts, including Fair Work Commission, the NSW Industrial Relations Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission, the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and the Federal Court.
