Information collected in respect of proposed participation in any aspect of the event will be only used for the purposes of planning and conduct of the event. It is also usual to produce a ‘Delegate list’ of attendees at the event and to include the following details; your name, company and state. While your personal contact details such as email address and phone number will not be published.

Tickets to the Registrar Drinks, Welcome Reception and Women in SEM are included in your registration fee. To attend the ACSEP Gala Dinner, tickets are $260 per person. Extra tickets are available to purchase if you require them.

All cancellations, amendments or no shows, on or after Friday 10 October 2025 (30 days prior to the booking) will be charged the full length of the stay. Room Rate includes buffest breakfast for one. Additional breakfast can be purchased for $35 if pre-booked, alternatively it would cost $59 for walk ins.

Terms and Conditions

If a refund request is received before Monday 27 October, individuals will receive a refund of the total registration fee less the administration fee of $100. If a refund request is received after Tuesday 28th October, individuals will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee less the administration fee. If a refund request is received before Monday 27 October for the ACSEP Gala Dinner, individuals will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given after Tuesday 28th October.
